The WORST bakery in town-they have no customer service experience. I ordered a chocolate cake and received a Gold Cake and I was told to pick up the cake at 5:30 and I came at 6 and it was not even in the oven yet-I waited 30mins to be told to wait 10 more mins while they were being rude. If anyone knows how crazy it is to plan a party you could imagine what a setback this was for my event.
I haven't experienced that Miss Paula and hopefully not. The management should be blame to that for not having a good service and less in training for crews. anyways, I love that Cake! its perfect for any lovely occasions.
